AAP Files Police Complaint Against BJP-Ruled MCD for Illegal Dumping of Bhalswa Landfill Waste in Residential Areas
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has filed a written complaint at Kamla Market police station against the BJP-ruled Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), pointing to its activities of illegally dumping waste from the Bhalswa garbage mountain into residential plots. Led by AAP MCD co-incharge Praveen Kumar, co-incharge Preeti Dogra, and Councillor Rakesh Kumar, the AAP demanded an immediate halt to this unlawful activity.Praveen Kumar said the BJP’s claims of reducing the landfill are false, as the waste is merely being shifted into inhabited areas, causing severe pollution and endangering public health. The party has demanded that MCD dispose of the landfill waste strictly as per its by-laws. After filing a complaint at Kamla Market police station, AAP MCD co-incharge Praveen Kumar stated, “BJP’s claim of eliminating or reducing the Bhalswa garbage mountain is completely false. BJP leaders are making statements while the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) is carrying out this activity. The Bhalswa landfill waste is being cut and dumped into nearby residential plots where people live. This is completely illegal and violates MCD’s by-laws. It is spreading dangerous diseases in the area and causing water and soil pollution, which is extremely wrong and hazardous for the residents.” Demanding accountability from the BJP-ruled MCD, Praveen Kumar said, “On behalf of AAP, I demand that this activity be stopped immediately. The BJP leaders must apologise to the people of Delhi for their misleading statements. This illegal act will not be tolerated. Today, AAP has filed a formal complaint against it at Kamla Market police station, which details the entire issue. MCD co-incharge Preeti Dogra, Councillor Rakesh Kumar, and several AAP workers were present during this. Air pollution and dust levels have increased, worsening public health. 2. Stagnant water has become breeding grounds for mosquitoes, raising the risk of diseases. 3. Movement of vehicles and pedestrians has been disrupted. 4. Poor-quality dumping has caused the ground to sink and blocked drainage systems. 5. Recently, in Rama Vihar, Mundka, a seven-year-old girl drowned in water that had collected in plots due to illegal garbage dumping. Citing a newspaper report published on 3 November titled “Garbage mountain to end by 2026 – Pravesh Wahi, Leader of the House”, Praveen Kumar said, “Even MCD officials have admitted that soil and waste from the Bhalswa landfill are being used merely for filling plots.” He added, “Therefore, dumping landfill waste or construction debris in any area is clearly illegal and a violation of municipal and environmental laws.” AAP demands action from the SHOIllegal dumping in residential plots should be stopped immediately. Strict legal action should be taken against those involved, including vehicles, under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and environmental laws. Coordinate with MCD to remove the dumped waste and restore cleanliness.

1 दिसंबर से 19 दिसंबर तक चलेगा संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र, राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने दी मंजूरी, किरेन रिजिजू ने एक्स पर दी जानकारी
केंद्रीय संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर जानकारी दी कि राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने संसद के शीतकालीन सत्रबुलाने के सरकार के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह सत्र 1 दिसंबर 2025 से शुरू होकर 19 दिसंबर 2025 तक चलेगा। किरेन रिजिजू ने ट्वीट मेंलिखा “भारत की राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू जी ने 1 दिसंबर 2025 से 19 दिसंबर 2025 तक संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र बुलाने के सरकार के प्रस्ताव कोमंजूरी दे दी है (संसदीय कार्य की अनिवार्यताओं के अधीन)। एक रचनात्मक और सार्थक सत्र की आशा है जो हमारे लोकतंत्र को मजबूत करेगा औरलोगों की आकांक्षाओं को पूरा करेगा।” अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया थाइससे पहले संसद का मानसून सत्र 21 अगस्त को अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया था। मानसून सत्र में एसआईआर पर विपक्ष के हंगामेके कारण संसद के 166 घंटे बर्बाद हो गए थे। इससे जनता के टैक्स के करीब 248 करोड़ रुपये डूब गए। विशेष चर्चा के बाद ऑपरेशन सिंदूर मामलेमें टकराव टला, मगर एसआईआर को लेकर सियासी संग्राम अंतिम दिन तक जारी रहा। हंगामे के कारण लोकसभा के 84.5 घंटे, जबकि उच्च सदनराज्यसभा के 81.12 घंटे बर्बाद हो गए। राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही 38.88 घंटे ही चल सकी। संसदीय कार्यमंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने जानकारी दी कि एकसे 19 दिसंबर तक संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र चलेगा। इसके लिए राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने मंजूरी दे दी है।
कांग्रेस नेता विजय वडेट्टीवार का आरोप, मंत्री प्रताप सरनाईक ने 200 करोड़ की जमीन सिर्फ 3 करोड़ में खरीदी “सरनाईक ने कहा आरोप बेबुनियाद”
महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति में एक और जमीन सौदे को लेकर विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। कांग्रेस नेता विजय वडेट्टीवार ने शनिवार को राज्य के परिवहन मंत्रीप्रताप सरनाईक पर गंभीर आरोप लगाया है। उनका दावा है कि सरनाईक ने मीरा भायंदर में करीब 200 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की 4 एकड़ जमीन मात्र 3 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदी है, ताकि वहां अपना शैक्षणिक संस्थान शुरू कर सकें। वडेट्टीवार ने पत्रकारों से कहा क्या कोई मंत्री अपने निजी शैक्षणिकसंस्थान के लिए इतनी कीमती सरकारी जमीन खरीद सकता है? अगर ये सब कुछ नियमों के मुताबिक है, तो फिर यही है ‘नया महाराष्ट्र’। अब तो हमेंआंख मूंद लेनी चाहिए। आरोपों को सिरे से नकार दियाहालांकि, मंत्री प्रताप सरनाईक ने इन आरोपों को सिरे से नकार दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष इस तरह के दावे बार-बार करता रहता है, लेकिन कभीसबूत पेश नहीं करता। सरनाईक ने कहा वडेट्टीवार वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता हैं। अगर उनके पास कोई दस्तावेज हैं तो सामने लाएं। मैं खुद जानना चाहता हूंकि वह कौन-सी जमीन है और मेरा उससे क्या लेना-देना है। मंत्री होने के नाते हम पर आरोप लगते रहते हैं, लेकिन ये सब बेबुनियाद हैं। इस विवाद परप्रतिक्रिया देते हुए राजस्व मंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुले ने कहा कि अभी तक इस मामले में कोई औपचारिक शिकायत नहीं मिली है। उन्होंने कहा कई बारलोग मीडिया के जरिए आरोप लगाते हैं, लेकिन कोई लिखित शिकायत नहीं देते। अगर शिकायत आती है, तो सरकार जांच जरूर करवाएगी। जैसाकि पुणे की जमीन डील के मामले में किया गया। उपमुख्यमंत्री अजीत पवार के बेटे पार्थ पवार से जुड़ीगौरतलब है कि यह आरोप ऐसे समय में आया है जब उपमुख्यमंत्री अजीत पवार के बेटे पार्थ पवार से जुड़ी पुणे की 40 एकड़ सरकारी जमीन की डीलपहले से ही विवादों में है। इस सौदे में अनियमितताओं के आरोप उठे हैं, जिसके चलते सरकार ने एक सब-रजिस्ट्रार को निलंबित किया है और उच्चस्तरीय जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। साथ ही, लेन-देन से जुड़े तीन लोगों पर एफआईआर भी दर्ज की गई है। कांग्रेस नेता विजय वडेट्टीवार ने महाराष्ट्र केमंत्री प्रताप सरनाईक पर 200 करोड़ की जमीन मात्र 3 करोड़ में खरीदने का आरोप लगाया। सर्नाइक ने आरोपों को सिरे से नकारते हुए सबूत मांगें।

अमित शाह ने बनमनखी में घुसपैठियों पर हमला, कहा सीमांचल से घुसपैठिये निकालेंगे, एनडीए बिहार में सरकार बनाएगा

अफगानिस्तान-पाकिस्तान शांति वार्ता तीसरे दौर में भी बेनतीजा, सीमा पार आतंकवाद पर मतभेद बरकरार
अफगानिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के बीच जारी तीसरे दौर की शांति वार्ता बिना किसी ठोस समझौते के समाप्त हो गई। दोनों देशों के बीच सीमा पारआतंकवाद पर कार्रवाई को लेकर मतभेद कायम रहे। पाकिस्तान की ओर से रक्षा मंत्री ख्वाजा आसिफ ने बताया कि वार्ता में कोई लिखित समझौतानहीं हो सका और अब चौथे दौर की कोई योजना भी नहीं है। दिन तक चली ये वार्ता बृहस्पतिवार को शुरू हुई थी। पाकिस्तान ने अफगान तालिबान सेयह मांग की थी कि वे तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान (TTP) के उन आतंकियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करें जो अफगान धरती से पाकिस्तान पर हमलेकर रहे हैं। पाकिस्तान के रक्षा मंत्री ख्वाजा आसिफ ने एक निजी टीवी चैनल से बातचीत में कहा वार्ता पूरी तरह गतिरोध में है। अफगान पक्ष सिर्फमौखिक भरोसा देना चाहता था, लेकिन अंतरराष्ट्रीय वार्ताओं में मौखिक आश्वासन स्वीकार नहीं किए जा सकते। उन्होंने तुर्किये और कतर के ईमानदारप्रयासों के लिए धन्यवाद दिया, जो दोनों देशों के बीच तनाव कम करने के लिए मध्यस्थता कर रहे थे। आसिफ ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान का रुख स्पष्ट हैहमारी केवल एक मांग है कि अफगानिस्तान यह सुनिश्चित करे कि उसकी जमीन का इस्तेमाल पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ आतंकवादी गतिविधियों में नहो। आसिफ ने यह भी कहा कि अगर अफगान धरती से कोई हमला होता है, तो पाकिस्तान जवाब देगा। अंतरराष्ट्रीय और द्विपक्षीय वादों को पूरा करेंपाकिस्तान के सूचना मंत्री अत्ताउल्ला तारार ने शनिवार सुबह एक्स (पूर्व ट्विटर) पर लिखा अब जिम्मेदारी अफगान तालिबान की है कि वे आतंकवादपर नियंत्रण को लेकर अपने अंतरराष्ट्रीय और द्विपक्षीय वादों को पूरा करें, जिनमें वे अब तक असफल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान का अफगानजनता से कोई वैर नहीं है, लेकिन वह किसी भी ऐसी नीति का समर्थन नहीं करेगा जो अफगान लोगों या पड़ोसी देशों के हितों के खिलाफ हो।अफगानिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के बीच पहली वार्ता 29 अक्टूबर को दोहा (कतर) में हुई थी, जबकि दूसरी बैठक 25 अक्टूबर को इस्तांबुल (तुर्किये) में आयोजित हुई। दोनों ही वार्ताएं किसी ठोस नतीजे पर नहीं पहुंचीं। अब तीसरा दौर भी बेनतीजा रहा है। इससे पहले 11 से 15 अक्तूबर के बीचदोनों देशों की सीमा पर सशस्त्र झड़पें हुई थीं, जिनमें दोनों ओर जनहानि हुई थी।
AAP’s Tokenism on Ambedkar Exposed, Delhi BJP Slams Kejriwal Govt for Failing Dalit Students and Education Reforms
Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva & General Secretary Shri Yogendra Chandolia MP have said that its really pathetic to see the Aam Aadmi Party leaders every other day try to invoke the name of Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar in political discussions for their petty political survival. In 10 years of government in Delhi Aam Aadmi Party did nothing except renaming 31 Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidhyalaya as Dr. B.R. Ambedkar School of Excellence and rendering them worthless by affiliating them to a newly set up Delhi Board of School Education which had no credibility and some students who did Class XII from there couldn’t manage admission in any higher education university thus spoiling several careers. This led to mass quitting by students from these schools. On the other hand Arvind Kejriwal did nothing for poor students for promoting specialised education for deprived students as 70% Delhi Government schools had no facility to teach either science or commerce at senior secondary level. गोवा में जिला पंचायत चुनाव के साथ एसआईआर प्रक्रिया पर ‘आप’ की आपत्ति आतिशी बोलीं, चुनाव के बीच मतदाता सूची की समीक्षा से निगरानी असंभव
आम आदमी पार्टी ने गोवा में जिला पंचायत चुनाव के साथ ही एसआईआर कराने को लेकर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई है। गोवा प्रभारी आतिशी के नेतृत्व मेंशुकवार को ‘‘आप’’ प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने दिल्ली में केंद्रीय चुनाव आयोग से मुलाकात की और जिला पंचायत चुनाव के साथ एसआईआर कराने परसवाल उठाए। वहीं, ‘‘आप’’ के राष्ट्रीय सचिव पंकज गुप्ता ने भी मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त को पत्र लिखकर गोवा में जिला पंचायत चुनाव के साथएसआईआर कराने पर आपत्ति जताई। आतिशी ने कहा कि सभी दल जिला पंचायत चुनाव में व्यस्त हैं, तो एसआईआर प्रक्रिया की निगरानी कैसे करपाएंगे? 13 दिसंबर को जिला पंचायत चुनाव खत्म हो जाएगा। इसके बाद भी एसआईआर शुरू की जा सकती है। फिर इतनी हड़बड़ी क्यों की जारही है? प्रतिनिधि मंडल में ‘‘आप’’ के राष्ट्रीय सचिव पंकज गुप्ता और गोवा के अध्यक्ष अमित पालेकर भी शामिल थे। दिल्ली विधानसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष आतिशी ने कहाशुक्रवार को चुनाव आयोग से मुलाकात के बाद गोवा प्रभारी और दिल्ली विधानसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष आतिशी ने कहा कि हमारी चुनाव आयोग सेमुलाकात गोवा में चल रही स्पेशल इंटेंसिव रिवीजन (एसआईआर) प्रक्रिया को लेकर थी। गोवा में एसआईआर की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है और 9 दिसंबर को ड्राफ्ट रोल जारी होना है। आम आदमी पार्टी की चिंता इस बात की है कि गोवा में इसी दौरान जिला पंचायत चुनाव भी चल रहा है। 13 दिसंबर को जिला पंचायत चुनाव है और आज उसकी आरक्षण घोषणा हुई है। दो-तीन दिन में आचार संहिता लग जाएगी। स्वाभाविक रूप से चुनावके समय सभी राजनीतिक दलों की मशीनरी प्रचार और चुनावी प्रक्रिया में व्यस्त हो जाती है। किसी भी दल को एसआईआर प्रक्रिया की निगरानी यापर्यवेक्षण का समय नहीं मिल पाएगा। राजनीतिक दलों के अपने बूथ लेवल एजेंट (बीएलए) होते हैं, जिन्हें ऐसे समय पर नियुक्त किया जाता है।लेकिन यदि कार्यकर्ता चुनाव प्रचार में लगे हैं तो वे एसआईआर की निगरानी नहीं कर पाएंगे।चुनाव दोनों प्रक्रियाएं एक साथ क्योंआतिशी ने सवाल किया कि गोवा में एसआईआर और जिला पंचायत चुनाव दोनों प्रक्रियाएं एक साथ क्यों चलाई जा रही हैं? जिला पंचायत चुनावतीन हफ्ते बाद हो सकता था या एसआईआर की प्रक्रिया तीन हफ्ते बाद शुरू की जा सकती थी। लेकिन ऐसी क्या आपात स्थिति आ गई कि दोनोंको एक ही समय पर एक ही चुनावी मशीनरी के साथ हड़बड़ी में किया जा रहा है? आतिशी ने कहा कि दूसरा महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा यह है कि गोवा समेत12 राज्यों में शुरू हुई एसआईआर प्रक्रिया में चुनाव आयोग ने विस्तृत प्रक्रिया बनाई है। मसलन, यदि ड्राफ्ट इलेक्टोरल रोल में किसी का नाम गलततरीके से शामिल हो जाए तो नोटिस भेजा जाएगा, जांच होगी और आवश्यक दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे। लेकिन यदि किसी का नाम ड्राफ्ट रोल से छूटजाए तो उसका नाम शामिल करने के लिए कोई प्रावधान नहीं है। ऐसे व्यक्ति को नए मतदाता के रूप में फिर से नामांकन करना पड़ेगा। ड्राफ्ट रोल में मेरा नाम ही नहींआतिशी ने बताया कि एक मतदाता होने के नाते यदि मैंने किसी ने है तो मुझे कैसे पता चलेगा कि ड्राफ्ट रोल में मेरा नाम ही नहीं है? इसलिए आमआदमी पार्टी ने चुनाव आयोग से आग्रह किया है कि गलत तरीके से नाम छूटने वालों के लिए भी प्रावधान होना चाहिए। वोट का अधिकार सबसे बड़ा संवैधानिक अधिकार है और यदि नाम छूट जाए तो चुनाव आयोग जैसी संवैधानिक संस्था की जिम्मेदारी है कि मतदाता को सूचित किया जाए और उसका नाम जोड़ा जाए। इन दोनों मुद्दों पर हमारी चुनाव आयोग से चर्चा हुई। चुनाव आयोग ने गोवा में एसआईआर और जिलापंचायत चुनाव की प्रक्रिया एक साथ करने की जरूरत पर संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला। राजनीतिक दलों की निगरानी में एसआईआर क्यों नहीं होरही है, इस पर भी स्पष्टता नहीं मिली। आतिशी ने कहा कि 13 दिसंबर को जिला पंचायत चुनाव है तो 14 दिसंबर से एसआईआर शुरू की जा सकती थी। गोवा विधानसभा चुनाव तो फरवरी 2027 में है, फिर ऐसी क्या हड़बड़ी है? दोनों प्रक्रियाएं एक साथ चलने से पर्याप्त निगरानी नहीं हो पाएगी। आम आदमी पार्टी की ओर से ड्राफ्ट रोल आने पर पूरी जांच की जाएगी और गलत तरीके से नाम काटे जाने की पहचान की जाएगी।
दिल्ली से वृंदावन तक निकली 10 दिवसीय ‘सनातन हिंदू एकता पदयात्रा’, बागेश्वर धाम पीठाधीश्वर पं. धीरेंद्र कृष्ण शास्त्री के नेतृत्व में हुई शुरुआत
बागेश्वर धाम पीठाधीश्वर पं. धीरेंद्र कृष्ण शास्त्री के नेतृत्व में इंद्रप्रस्थ यानि दिल्ली से वृंदावन तक 10 दिनी सनातन हिंदू एकता पदयात्रा शुक्रवार सुबहदस बजे रवाना हो गई. साधु संतों द्वारा सौंपे गए धर्म ध्वज को आगे रखकर शुरू होने वाली इस पदयात्रा की शुरुआत से पूर्व देशभर से दिल्ली पहुंचनेवाले महामंडलेश्वरों, आचार्यों के आशीर्वचनों की वर्षा के बाद राष्ट्रगान, हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ और हिंदू एकता की शपथ के कार्यक्रम होंगे। बागेश्वरमहाराज ने कहा कि जो भी हिंदुत्ववादी विचारधारा का है, वह यात्रा में साथ चले, क्योंकि यह यात्रा किसी एक व्यक्ति की नहीं है सभी हिंदुओं की है।उन्होंने देश विदेश में रहने वाले हिंदुओं का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि 7 नवंबर से 16 नवंबर तक की यात्रा में कम से कम एक दिन के लिए वे अवश्यआएं। महाराज श्री ने कहा कि वे विवाद नहीं संवाद के माध्यम से आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं। हिंदू एकता पदयात्रा के माध्यम से लोगों को जोड़ने का कामपदयात्रा में दीदी मां ऋतंभरा, चिदानंद मुनि जी ऋषिकेश, स्वामी ज्ञानानंद महाराज गीता मनीषी, रमणरेती वाले महाराज, प्रख्यात कथा वाचक सुधांशुजी महाराज, बालक योगेश्वर दास महाराज बद्रीनाथ, माधव दास महाराज मौनी बाबा, राजू दास महाराज हनुमान गढ़ी, मृदुल कांत शास्त्री वृंदावन, आरके पांडे जी बलदेव मंदिर, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कथावाचक पं. संजीव कृष्ण ठाकुर, तन्मय वशिष्ठ गंगासभा तीर्थ पुरोहित, दिल्ली संत मंडल महामंत्रीमहामंडलेश्वर नवल किशोर दास महाराज के अलावा दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता, सांसद मनोज तिवारी, मंत्री कपिल मिश्रा सहित दिल्ली से 50 संत महात्माओं की गरिमामय उपस्थिति रहेगी। बागेश्वर महाराज ने कहा कि यह पहला अवसर है जब उनकी यात्रा का समर्थन इस्लाम धर्म के लोगों नेकिया है। फैज खान के नेतृत्व में 300 से अधिक मुस्लिम समाज के लोग यात्रा में चलेंगे। विगत दिनों दिल्ली में मुस्लिम समाज के लोगों के साथमहाराज श्री ने बैठक की थी। इसमें समाज के सभी लोगों ने महाराज श्री की यात्रा का समर्थन करते हुए साथ चलने का भरोसा दिया था। मुस्लिमसमाज के लोगों का कहना है कि सनातन हिंदू एकता पदयात्रा के माध्यम से लोगों को जोड़ने का काम किया जा रहा है इसलिए वे यात्रा में साथचलेंगे।
