AAP MP Sanjay Singh meets striking MTS employees, says BJP will have to grant equal pay for equal work
Over 5,000 Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) employees have been on strike outside the Civic Centre for 11 days, demanding equal pay for equal work — a demand backed by senior AAP leader and MP Sanjay Singh, who, along with several party MLAs and councillors, met the protesting workers on Thursday. Coming down hard on the BJP, Sanjay Singh said the party has defied even the Supreme Court’s order on equal pay, exposing a government whose “four engines have completely broken down.”Sanjay Singh declared that only sustained struggle and protest can fix a system crippled by BJP’s neglect, assuring workers that the AAP stands firmly with them until justice is delivered. हिमाचल के 100 सरकारी स्कूल अब सीबीएसई पैटर्न पर, गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा की ओर बड़ा कदम
मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सिंह सुक्खू ने गुरुवार को शिक्षा विभाग की एक समीक्षा बैठक की अध्यक्षता करते हुए कहा कि अगले शैक्षणिक सत्र से प्रथमचरण में प्रदेश भर में 100 स्कूलों को सीबीएसई पाठ्यक्रम पर संचालित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने शिक्षा विभाग को इस संबंध में सभी तैयारियां समयसीमा के भीतर पूरी करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सीबीएसई पैटर्न आधारित स्कूलों का अलग रंग होगा और यहां पढ़ने वाले विद्यार्थियों कीअलग रंग की वर्दी होगी। इन स्कूलों में स्मार्ट कक्षाओं के साथ मैस का प्रबंध भी किया जाएगा और विद्यार्थियों को पौष्टिक भोजन प्रदान कियाजाएगा। शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों ने मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत करवाया कि प्रदेश में सीबीएसई के मापदंड पूरा करने वाले अब तक 86 स्कूलों कीपहचान की जा चुकी है। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को शेष स्कूलों में सीबीएसई के मापदंड जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए। सुक्खू ने कहा किराज्य सरकार प्रदेश में गुणात्मक शिक्षा प्रदान करने के प्रयास कर रही है और इसके लिए धन की कोई कमी नहीं है। खेलकूद गतिविधियों के लिए भी पर्याप्त जगहशिक्षा विभाग में खाली पड़े अध्यापकों के पदों को भरा जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान राज्य सरकार के प्रयासों से हिमाचल प्रदेश गुणात्मकशिक्षा में 21वें स्थान से पांचवें स्थान पर पहुंच गया है और राज्य सरकार ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों को गुणात्मक शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए निरन्तर प्रयास कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने राजीव गांधी डे-बोर्डिंग स्कूल बनाने की समीक्षा भी की और अधिकारियों को इसमें तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि इन स्कूलों में एक अच्छा कैम्पस तैयार होना चाहिए, जहां खेलकूद गतिविधियों के लिए भी पर्याप्त जगह हो। विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उपस्थितउन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा क्षेत्र में सुधार लाने में राजीव गांधी डे-बोर्डिंग स्कूल मील का पत्थर सिद्ध होंगे। सुक्खू ने कहा कि हर जिला में स्टेट ऑफ आर्टकॉलेज बनाने का भी प्रयास किया जा रहा है, जहां विद्यार्थियों को बेहतर शिक्षा के साथ-साथ सभी प्रकार की गतिविधियां उपलब्ध होंगी ताकि इनकासर्वांगीण विकास हो सके। बैठक में शिक्षा मंत्री रोहित ठाकुर, निदेशक उच्च शिक्षा अमरजीत शर्मा सहित विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।
योगी सरकार की विकास पर चोट, उरई को मिली 1824 करोड़ की सौगात, 305 परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण-शिलान्यास
मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जिले में कई योजनाओं का लोकार्पण करने के लिए मंच पर पहुंच गए हैं। जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए जल शक्तिमंत्री स्वतंत्र देव सिंह ने कहा कि पिछली सरकारों में खेत में रखा फावड़ा भी चोरी हो जाता था। लेकिन जब से भाजपा सरकार आई है, गुंडे माफिया कोमिट्टी में मिलाने का काम किया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ करोड़ों रुपये की विकास परियोजनाओं की सौगात देने के लिए इंदिरा स्टेडियमस्थित कार्यक्रम स्थल पर पहुंच गए हैं। उनके साथ मंच पर जल शक्ति मंत्री स्वतंत्र देव सिंह भी मौजूद हैं। मुख्यमंत्री के पहुंचते ही जनसभा स्थल परमौजूद हजारों की भीड़ में भारी उत्साह देखने को मिला। मुख्यमंत्री कुछ ही देर में इस विशाल जनसभा को संबोधित करेंगे। 305 विकास परियोजनाओं की सौगात देंगेवह इंदिरा स्टेडियम में आयोजित कार्यक्रम स्थल से 140 परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण (उद्घाटन) और 165 परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास(आधारशिला) करेंगे। जिले को इन परियोजनाओं के तहत कई नई सड़कें, बिजली उपकेंद्र, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, कॉलेज और अभिलेखागार जैसीसंरचनाएं मिलेंगी। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ गुरुवार को जनपदवासियों को बड़ी सौगात देने के लिए उरई पहुंच गए हैं। उनका हेलीकॉप्टर दोपहरसाढ़े तीन बजे पुलिस लाइन में उतरा। मुख्यमंत्री कुल 305 विकास परियोजनाओं की सौगात देंगे, जिनकी लागत 1824.12 करोड़ रुपये है। बच्चों के इस रूप को देखकर काफी उत्साहित दिखेमुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के आगमन को लेकर उरई में जबरदस्त उत्साह है। इंदिरा स्टेडियम स्थित जनसभा स्थल पर लोग बड़ी संख्या में पहुंचे हुएहैं और मुख्यमंत्री को सुनने के लिए उनके आने का बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं। लोग जानते हैं कि मुख्यमंत्री कुछ ही समय में वहां पहुंचने वाले हैं, जिसके चलते पूरे स्टेडियम में भीड़ का माहौल है। मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की जनसभा के लिए इंदिरा स्टेडियम में आयोजित कार्यक्रम मेंआध्यात्मिक और सांस्कृतिक रंग भी देखने को मिला। कार्यक्रम में कई बच्चे भगवान राम, माता जानकी और हनुमान के रूप में तैयार होकर पहुंचे, जोसभी के लिए आकर्षण का मुख्य केंद्र रहे। इस दौरान वहां मौजूद अधिकारी भी बच्चों के इस रूप को देखकर काफी उत्साहित दिखे और उन्होंने बच्चोंके साथ स्मृति स्वरूप फोटो भी खिंचवाए।
मौलाना तौकीर रजा पर 28 हजार की वसूली की तलवार, 34 साल पुराना कर्ज बना मुसीबत
बरेली में बवाल कराने के आरोपी मौलाना तौकीर रजा की मुश्किलें और बढ़ सकती हैं। यह मामला किसी बयानबाज़ी या आंदोलन का नहीं, बल्कितीन दशक पुराने सहकारी बैंक कर्ज़ से जुड़ा है, जिसकी रकम अब ब्याज सहित करीब 28 हजार 386 रुपये से ज्यादा हो गई है। दरअसल, मूल रूप सेजिला बदायूं के गांव करतौली निवासी तौकीर रजा ने वर्ष 1990 में साधन सहकारी समिति करतौली से पांच हजार रुपये की खाद ली थी। मौलाना नेन तो मूल रकम जमा की और न ब्याज अदा किया। अब बैंक ने ब्याज वसूलने की कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। रसूलपुर कुट्टी साधन सहकारी समिति सेवर्ष 1990 में मौलाना तौकीर रजा ने 5,560 रुपये का कृषि कर्ज़ लेकर खाद और बीज खरीदे थे। बाद में वर्ष 1996 में राज्य सरकार ने किसानों केकर्ज माफ करने की घोषणा की, लेकिन मौलाना के खाते में यह माफी लागू नहीं हुई। साल 1997 में बैंक जांच में खुलासा हुआ कि उनके नाम परलिया गया कर्ज अब भी लंबित है। बैंक की ओर से कई बार वसूली नोटिस जारी किया गया, लेकिन मौलाना के प्रभाव और राजनीतिक रुतबे केकारण भुगतान नहीं किया गया। बकायेदारों से रकम की वसूली के लिए सख्त नीति पर काम कर रहा है।हाल में बरेली बवाल के बाद मौलाना तौकीर रजा की गिरफ्तारी हुई। उसे जेल भेजा गया। इसके बाद जिला सहकारी बैंक ने पुरानी फाइलें खंगालनीशुरू कीं। जांच में सामने आया कि मौलाना के ऊपर अब तक 21,940 रुपये ब्याज और 5,560 रुपये मूलधन मिलाकर कुल 28,386 रुपये काबकाया है। बैंक अब इस पर दो प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त ब्याज भी लगाने की तैयारी कर रहा है। जिला सहकारी बैंक के मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी हरिबाबू भारती ने बताया कि मौलाना के बरेली स्तिथ घर पर वसूली की नोटिस चस्पा करने के लिए बृहस्पतिवार को टीम रवाना की गई है। बताया कियदि निर्धारित अवधि में भुगतान नहीं हुआ, तो उनकी संपत्ति कुर्क कर वसूली की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बैंक सभी बकायेदारों से रकम की वसूली केलिए सख्त नीति पर काम कर रहा है। मौलाना का मामला शासन स्तर तक पहुंच चुकाजांच में यह भी पता चला है कि मौलाना तौकीर रजा ने बदायूं जिले में अपनी अधिकांश संपत्तियां पहले ही बेच दी हैं। ऐसे में बैंक की नजर अब उनकीबरेली और अन्य जिलों में स्थित संपत्तियों पर है। मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी हरीबाबू भारती ने कहा कि बैंक जहां भी संपत्ति मिलेगी, वहां कुर्की कीकार्रवाई की जाएगी। बैंक की टीम ने पुरानी फाइलों को फिर से पलट कर रिपोर्ट राज्य मुख्यालय को भेज दी है। सूत्रों के अनुसार, मौलाना का मामलाशासन स्तर तक पहुंच चुका है और बैंक ने वसूली की प्रक्रिया को प्राथमिकता में रखा है। बदायूं और बरेली दोनों जिलों के राजस्व व पुलिस प्रशासनको भी इसमें सहयोग के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
नाराजगी कम हुई, लहजा बदला एसटी हसन बोले, बुलाएंगे तो जाऊँगा “जानें क्या है पूरा मामला”
लोकसभा चुनाव में नामांकन के बाद टिकट कटने से नाराज होने वाले पूर्व सांसद डॉ. एसटी हसन का लहजा अब नरम हो गया है। डॉ. एसटी हसन कीओर से लगातार आरोप लगाया जाता रहा है कि उनका टिकट आजम खां के कहने पर काटा गया है। इसे वह खुले मंच पर भी कहते हुए नजर आते हैं।आजम खां जमानत पर जेल से बाहर आए उस वक्त भी पूर्व सांसद का दर्द छलक उठा था लेकिन अब आजम खां के मीठे बोल की वजह से पूर्वसांसद का लहजा भी नरम हो गया है। दरअसल रामपुर में जब पत्रकारों ने आजम खां से डॉ. एसटी हसन की नाराजगी को लेकर सवाल किया तोउन्होंने बेहद सधे हुए अंदाज में कहा कि वह नाराज हैं तो क्या हुआ। रामपुर बुलाएंगे तो वह जरूर जाएंगेउन्हें मनाने के लिए किसी दिन उनके घर चला जाऊंगा। वह अपने दरवाजे पर मेरा स्वागत भी करेंगे। यह बयान सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुआ तोपूर्व सांसद का सुर भी पूरी तरह से बदल गया। पूर्व सांसद ने आजम खां के इस बयान पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए कहा कि आजम खां बड़े नेता हैं। नाराजहोना उनका हक भी है और अधिकार भी। उनके जीवन में आजम खां की अहमियत बड़ी है। आजम खां ने ही उन्हें टिकट दिलवाया था लेकिन अगलीबार अगर वह उनकी जगह किसी और को लड़ाना चाहते थे तो पहले से बता देना था। फिर वह उनका भी बड़ा दिल देखते। नामांकन के बाद टिकटकटने की जानकारी मिली जिससे उनका दिल टूटा है। इसके बावजूद आजम खां अगर रामपुर बुलाएंगे तो वह जरूर जाएंगे। या फिर वह मुरादाबादआएंगे तो दिल खोलकर उनका स्वागत करेंगे। इलाहाबाद हाइकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर दी गईसपा जिलाध्यक्ष जयवीर सिंह यादव के नेतृत्व में बुधवार को पार्टी का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल रामपुर पहुंचा। यहां प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्षअखिलेश यादव से मुलाकात की और उन्हें कार्यालय प्रकरण की पूरी जानकारी दी। अखिलेश यादव ने विस्तृत रिपोर्ट लेते हुए निर्देश भेजने काआश्वासन दिया है। जिलाध्यक्ष जयवीर यादव के मुताबिक रिपोर्ट में छह अक्तूबर के घटनाक्रम के बारे में जानकारी दी गई है और बताया गया है किजिला प्रशासन ने महज चार दिनों की मोहलत दी है। रिपोर्ट में यह भी जानकारी दी गई है कि इलाहाबाद हाइकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल कर दी गई हैलेकिन अभी तक सुनवाई नहीं हुई है जिससे स्टे भी नहीं मिल सका है।

लखनऊ में बसपा सुप्रीमो मायावती ने नौ साल बाद शक्ति प्रदर्शन किया। इस रैली में लाखों से संख्या में प्रदेश भर से कार्यकर्ता पहुंचे। उन्होंने मंच सेकहा, प्रदेश में बसपा की सरकार बनने पर उन सभी कानूनों को बदल दिया जाएगा जो कि दलितों-पिछड़ों के खिलाफ हैं। राज्य में ‘सर्वजन हितायसर्वजन सुखाय’ की सोच वाली सरकार बनेगी। लोगों को अपनी रोजी-रोटी के लिए पलायन नहीं करना पड़ेगा। इस रैली में अन्य दलों की तरह पैसेदेकर लोग नहीं बुलाए गए हैं। बल्कि अपनी खून-पसीने की कमाई खर्च कर आए हैं। इस दौरान पार्टी नेता आकाश आनंद की तारीफ करते हुए कहाकि आकाश बसपा का जनाधार बढ़ाने के लिए मेरे दिशा निर्देशन में लगातार प्रयास कर रहे हैं। ये अच्छी बात है। जिसके कारण बसपा के समर्थकोंका भी उन्हें पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है। उन्होंने समर्थकों से हर परिस्थिति में आकाश आनंद का समर्थन करने की अपील की। शासनकाल की उपलब्धियों को बतानामायावती ने कहा, इस रैली ने यहां पर हुई पहले सभी रैलियों का रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिया है। इससे लगता है कि 2027 में यूपी में एक बार फिर पूर्ण बहुमतसे बसपा की सरकार बनेगी। उन्होंने वादा किया कि वह कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेंगी। जातिवादी दल संविधान को बदलने की कोशिश करते रहते हैं।लेकिन, हम ऐसा नहीं करने देंगे। भले ही इसके लिए कितना भी संघर्ष करना पड़े। बसपा ही एक ऐसी पार्टी है जो बाबा साहेब के संविधान कोसुरक्षित रख सकती है। बसपा समर्थकों को बूथ स्तर पर छोटी-छोटी सभाएं कर बसपा के यूपी में चार बार रहे शासनकाल की उपलब्धियों को बतानाहै। आड़ में राजनीति नहीं करनी चाहिएमायावती ने कहा, यूपी में बसपा अकेले ही चुनावी मैदान में उतरेगी। क्योंकि, गठबंधन करने पर बसपा का वोट तो सहयोगी दलों को मिल जाता है।बसपा को उनका वोट नहीं मिलता है। बसपा ने यूपी में जब भी गठबंधन की सरकार बनाई तो सरकार कार्यकाल पूरा नहीं कर पाई। पहले ही गिरगई। इसलिए बसपा ने 2027 में भी अकेले चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला लिया है। 2007 में यूपी में पूर्ण बहुमत की बसपा की सरकार आने के बादजातिवादी पार्टियों कांग्रेस, भाजपा व सपा ने षडयंत्र किया। बसपा को केंद्र की सत्ता तक नहीं पहुंचने दिया। रही सही कसर ईवीएम की मदद ली।जबकि बैलेट पेपर से चुनाव हो सकते हैं। इन दलों ने अब दलित वोटों को बांटने के लिए बिकाऊ लोगों को खरीदकर बसपा को कमजोर करने कीसाजिश कर रही हैं। मायावती ने कहा, इन दिनों कुछ लोग एक दूसरे के धर्म पर टिप्पणी कर बवाल कर रहे हैं। ऐसे मामलों में हमें बाबा साहेब केसंविधान को मानते हुए सभी के धर्मों का सम्मान करना चाहिए। इसकी आड़ में राजनीति नहीं करनी चाहिए।

Delhi Government Partners with CGTMSE to Provide Collateral-Free Loans to SMME Entrepreneurs says CM Rekha Gupta
The Delhi Government has partnered with the Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE) to empower micro and small enterprises. The collaboration will help small entrepreneurs access loans without collateral while reducing banks’ lending risks. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said this partnership will mark a new chapter in Delhi’s economic growth, benefitting thousands of entrepreneurs.Chief Minister Rekha Gupta stated that under this scheme, small entrepreneurs will be able to access loans without pledging any collateral. The loan guarantee provision under this scheme is shared jointly between the Delhi Government and CGTMSE. According to the proposed guarantee structure, borrowers from different categories will be provided with guarantee coverage of up to 95 per cent. CGTMSE and 20 percent from the Delhi GovernmentFor small enterprises, loans ranging from ₹0 to ₹10 crore will receive 75 percent coverage from CGTMSE and 20 percent from the Delhi Government. For women entrepreneurs and MSMEs promoted by Agniveers, loans of ₹0 to ₹10 crore will receive 90 percent coverage from CGTMSE and 5 per cent from the Delhi Government. For micro enterprises, loans up to ₹5 lakh will receive 85 percent coverage from CGTMSE and 10 per cent from the Delhi Government. Additionally, for loans between ₹5 lakh and ₹10 crore, 75 per cent coverage will be provided by CGTMSE and 20 per cent by the Delhi Government. In this way, total coverage for all will reach 95 per cent. The institution provides guarantees to banks and other financial institutions to enable small enterprises to access loans without collateral. CGTMSE currently operates with 276 member lending institutions across the country, with a total guarantee portfolio exceeding ₹9.34 lakh crore. In the financial year 2025 alone, it issued guarantees for 27 lakh loan accounts, amounting to ₹3.05 lakh crore. The scheme will cover sectors including manufacturing, services, retail, and education. The Chief Minister also noted that a provision of ₹5 crore has been made for this scheme in the financial year 2025-26 budget.Additionally, a phased contribution of ₹50 crore is expected to be added under this scheme in partnership with CGTMSE. It aims to foster entrepreneurship and expand employment opportunities. The Government seeks to provide financial support to small business owners, enabling them to grow their enterprises without obstacles. She further highlighted that the collaboration with CGTMSE, offering enhanced guarantee coverage of up to 95 per cent on MSE loans, will increase credit flow to Delhi’s MSME sector. This is expected to promote job creation, innovation, and economic resilience, while providing targeted support to new enterprises and women entrepreneurs.
