The Delhi BJP Mayur Vihar District hosted a special exhibition at its district office, spotlighting the achievements of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s government over the past 11 years. The event also featured a Professional Meet attended by key party leaders who spoke on the transformational impact of the Modi administration’s initiatives.

Leadership Presence at the Event
The Professional Meet was graced by the presence of Delhi BJP President Shri Virendra Sachdeva and BJP National General Secretary Shri Dushyant Gautam, who addressed professionals and party workers. Among other prominent attendees were Mayur Vihar District President Shri Vijender Dhama, Joint Front In-Charge Shri Sumit Bhasin, Former Mayor Shri Jai Prakash, District General Secretaries Shri Sanjeev Singh and Smt. Bhavana Jain, and Professional Meet Convenor Shri Neeraj Sharma, alongside several other dignitaries.

Positive Politics Driving National Growth
Shri Dushyant Gautam emphasized that Prime Minister Modi has ushered in a new era of constructive politics, which has placed India firmly on the track of development. He noted that the government is steering the nation with a clear vision and futuristic approach, leading to the emergence of a “Viksit Bharat” (Developed India). Highlighting the transformational work of the last decade, Gautam stated that the nation’s foundation has been decisively strengthened, and through inclusive welfare initiatives, the benefits of development have reached even the most marginalized communities.

Modi Government: Transparent, People-Centric, and Visionary
Delhi BJP President Shri Virendra Sachdeva lauded Prime Minister Modi’s government as a model of transparent and citizen-focused governance. He pointed out that in 11 years, over 25 crore Indians have come out of poverty, and extreme poverty has dropped by 80%. He credited this success to the government’s focus on welfare policies, infrastructure development, and economic reforms aimed at uplifting every section of society.

Contrast Between Central Progress and Delhi’s Local Failures
Shri Sachdeva sharply criticized the previous Delhi government under Arvind Kejriwal, accusing it of blocking central schemes and indulging in politics of obstruction and falsehoods. In contrast, he said the Modi government consistently introduced development-oriented programs that benefited Delhi directly—such as electric buses under the FAME scheme and extensive road infrastructure.

He highlighted key projects like Central Vista, Bharat Mandapam, YashoBhoomi, the National War Memorial, Kartavya Path, the Prime Minister’s Museum, and Delhi’s rapid transit network as evidence of the Centre’s commitment to the city’s modernization. Sachdeva also recalled the COVID-19 pandemic, stating that when Delhi was left unsupported by its local government, the Modi administration stepped in with vital assistance.

Rekha Gupta’s First 100 Days
Shri Virendra Sachdeva further praised the efforts of the newly formed Delhi BJP government under Mayor Smt. Rekha Gupta. He noted that in just 100 days, the administration had taken decisive steps such as launching Ayushman Bharat health cards and clearing roadblocks in the implementation of central welfare schemes across the national capital. He emphasized that the new governance model is focused on eliminating the corruption of the previous regime and building a system rooted in transparency, efficiency, and public service.
