He noted that in several instances, the same candidate was selected for multiple positions, yet the government refused to address this despite repeated student protests. “Meritorious candidates should be given a fair chance instead of allowing duplicity in selection,” he stated. Kumar claimed that over 400,000 posts remain vacant in Bihar, with nearly 200,000 unfilled in the education sector alone. सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश, महाराष्ट्र निकाय चुनाव की अधिसूचना 4 हफ्तों में, पूरी प्रक्रिया 4 महीने में पूरी करें
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने महाराष्ट्र में लटकते स्थानीय निकाय चुनावों को लेकर स्पष्ट आदेश जारी किया है। मंगलवार को न्यायमूर्ति सूर्यकांत और न्यायमूर्ति एन. कोटिश्वर सिंह की पीठ ने महाराष्ट्र राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग (SEC) को चार सप्ताह के भीतर चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी करने का निर्देश दिया है। कोर्टने कहा कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया अब और टाली नहीं जा सकती। ओबीसी आरक्षण विवाद यथास्थिति में रहेगासर्वोच्च अदालत ने स्पष्ट किया कि स्थानीय निकाय चुनावों में ओबीसी आरक्षण से जुड़ी स्थिति वही रहेगी, जैसी 2022 की रिपोर्ट से पहले थी। यानीअब चुनाव ओबीसी आरक्षण के पुराने स्वरूप के अनुसार कराए जाएंगे, जब तक कोर्ट में लंबित याचिकाओं पर अंतिम निर्णय नहीं आ जाता। चार महीने में चुनाव प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के निर्देशपीठ ने निर्वाचन आयोग को चार महीनों के भीतर पूरे राज्य में निकाय चुनाव प्रक्रिया पूरी करने का आदेश दिया है। हालांकि, कोर्ट ने आयोग को जरूरतपड़ने पर अतिरिक्त समय मांगने की छूट भी दी है। अदालत ने कहा कि परिणाम उन याचिकाओं पर आने वाले फैसले पर निर्भर करेंगे, जो फिलहालन्यायालय में विचाराधीन हैं। क्या कहा कोर्ट ने?सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत ने टिप्पणी की कि ऐसा प्रतीत हो रहा है जैसे सरकार चुनाव ही नहीं कराना चाहती। कोर्ट ने कहा कि ओबीसी आरक्षण केआधार पर अब चुनावों को और रोका नहीं जा सकता, और यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि चुनाव नए या पुराने वार्ड विभाजन के अनुसार होंगे, इस पर विचारप्रक्रिया जारी रहेगी। चुनाव की ज़िम्मेदारी किसकी?राज्य निर्वाचन आयोग को चुनाव कराने की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। आयोग को चार हफ्तों में अधिसूचना जारी करनी होगी और संभावना जताई जारही है कि चुनावी प्रक्रिया सितंबर तक पूरी हो सकती है। कोरोना महामारी के कारण लंबे समय से मुंबई समेत कई महानगरपालिकाओं में चुनाव नहींहुए हैं, और वहां प्रशासकों के माध्यम से संचालन हो रहा है। बीजेपी की चुनावी रणनीति शुरूराज्य में सत्ता पर काबिज बीजेपी ने पहले ही आगामी निकाय चुनावों को लेकर रणनीतिक तैयारियां शुरू कर दी हैं। पार्टी ने राज्य में मंडलों की संख्याचार गुना तक बढ़ा दी है ताकि कार्यकर्ता आम नागरिकों तक पहुंच सकें। प्रदेश अध्यक्ष चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे ने जिला मुख्यालयों में अतिरिक्तअधिकारियों की नियुक्ति की है, जिससे ग्रामीणों को स्थानीय कामों के लिए अनावश्यक भागदौड़ से बचाया जा सके। ये सभी निर्णय आगामी चुनावोंमें बीजेपी को लाभ पहुंचा सकते हैं।

7 मई को देशभर के 244 जिलों में मॉक ड्रिल, बढ़ते सुरक्षा खतरे के बीच गृह मंत्रालय की बड़ी कार्रवाई
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने पहलगाम हमले और पाकिस्तान के साथ बढ़ते तनाव को देखते हुए देश के सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों को 7 मई2025 को मॉक ड्रिल आयोजित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। यह निर्णय गृह सचिव गोविंद मोहन की अध्यक्षता में हुई एक उच्चस्तरीय बैठक में लियागया, जो करीब 54 वर्षों में पहली बार इस स्तर पर आयोजित हुई। 244 जिलों में ड्रिल, दिल्ली में विशेष तैयारीयह मॉक ड्रिल देश के 244 जिलों में आयोजित की जाएगी, जिनमें से 100 से अधिक जिलों को अति संवेदनशील घोषित किया गया है। दिल्ली मेंयह अभ्यास दिल्ली कैंट क्षेत्र में किया जाएगा। इन ड्रिल्स का उद्देश्य नागरिक सुरक्षा ढांचे की तैयारियों की समीक्षा करना है। बैठक में प्रमुख विषयों पर चर्चाबैठक के दौरान नागरिक सुरक्षा इकाइयों की वर्तमान स्थिति का आकलन किया गया। साथ ही, आम लोगों को आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों मेंप्रशिक्षित करने की रणनीतियों पर जोर दिया गया। नागरिकों को हवाई हमलों के सायरनों की पहचान, ब्लैकआउट स्थितियों से निपटना, औरप्राथमिक चिकित्सा जैसी मूलभूत जानकारियों से लैस करने पर चर्चा हुई। इसके अलावा, हर घर में टॉर्च, मोमबत्तियां और थोड़ी नकदी रखने कीसलाह दी गई। ड्रिल में होंगे कई अभ्यासड्रिल के दौरान हवाई हमले की चेतावनी देने वाले सायरनों का संचालन, नागरिकों को सुरक्षात्मक उपायों की जानकारी, बंकरों की सफाई, औरब्लैकआउट जैसी स्थितियों से निपटने के अभ्यास शामिल होंगे। इसके साथ ही, एयरफोर्स के साथ हॉटलाइन और रेडियो संचार प्रणाली का परीक्षण, नियंत्रण कक्षों की कार्यक्षमता का मूल्यांकन और निकासी योजनाओं का पूर्वाभ्यास भी किया जाएगा।पहलगाम हमले के बाद सरकार सतर्क22 अप्रैल को जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में हुए आतंकवादी हमले में 26 नागरिकों की मौत हुई थी, जिनमें कई पर्यटक शामिल थे। इसके बाद सेप्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी लगातार सुरक्षा मामलों पर उच्चस्तरीय बैठकें कर रहे हैं और हमले के दोषियों को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा देने का संकल्प जता चुकेहैं।सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने की कोशिशमौजूदा अंतरराष्ट्रीय हालात और नए खतरों को देखते हुए, यह मॉक ड्रिल देश की सुरक्षा तैयारियों को और अधिक पुख्ता करने की दिशा में एक बड़ाकदम है। गृह मंत्रालय ने सभी राज्यों को निर्देशित किया है कि वे नागरिकों को जागरूक करें और आवश्यक संसाधनों के साथ हर स्तर पर तैयार रहें।

शिवसेना सांसद मिलिंद देवड़ा ने पार्टी प्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे पर उस समय सवाल खड़े किए जब देश जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले मेंमारे गए निर्दोष लोगों के लिए शोक मना रहा था। देवड़ा ने ठाकरे पर आरोप लगाया कि वह ऐसे समय में अपने परिवार संग यूरोप की यात्रा पर थे। “गोलियां चल रही थीं, ठाकरे छुट्टी मना रहे थे”मिलिंद देवड़ा ने सोशल मीडिया पर अपनी नाराजगी जाहिर करते हुए लिखा कि जब देश पहलगाम हमले से स्तब्ध था, तब ठाकरे विदेश में छुट्टियांमना रहे थे। उन्होंने पोस्ट में कहा, “भूमिपुत्रों से लेकर पर्यटकों तक के लिए दुख के समय ठाकरे परिवार गायब रहा। महाराष्ट्र दिवस पर भी उनकी कोईप्रतिक्रिया सामने नहीं आई—न कोई बयान, न कोई संवेदना।” एकनाथ शिंदे की सक्रियता की सराहनादेवड़ा ने उपमुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने संकट की इस घड़ी में जिम्मेदारी निभाई और पीड़ितों के परिजनों से मिलकरसहानुभूति जताई। देवड़ा के अनुसार, महाराष्ट्र को ऐसे नेताओं की ज़रूरत है जो ज़िम्मेदारी निभाएं, न कि संकट के समय विदेश में छुट्टियां लें। महाराष्ट्र दिवस पर अनुपस्थिति ने खड़े किए सवालमहाराष्ट्र दिवस के 65वें समारोह में ठाकरे की गैरमौजूदगी को लेकर भी आलोचना तेज हो गई है। भाजपा और महायुति गठबंधन के नेताओं ने इसेराज्य की सांस्कृतिक गरिमा के प्रति ठाकरे की प्रतिबद्धता पर प्रश्नचिह्न बताया है। मराठी अस्मिता की रक्षा में विफलता का आरोपभाजपा मुंबई अध्यक्ष और राज्य के संस्कृति मंत्री आशीष शेलार ने ठाकरे पर हमला करते हुए कहा कि जो नेता बार-बार मराठी अस्मिता की बात करतेहैं, वे खुद ऐसे महत्वपूर्ण अवसर पर राज्य से गायब रहे। शिवसेना के ही नेता संजय निरुपम ने भी ठाकरे पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि जब देशश्रद्धांजलि दे रहा था, तब उनका परिवार विदेश में छुट्टी मना रहा था।
कानपुर में पांच मंजिला इमारत में आग, एक ही परिवार के पांच लोगों की मौत
उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर शहर में बीती रात दर्दनाक हादसा हुआ, जब एक पांच मंजिला इमारत में भीषण आग लग गई। हादसे में एक ही परिवार केपांच सदस्यों—मां, पिता और तीन बेटियों—की मौत हो गई। फायर ब्रिगेड की कई घंटों की मशक्कत के बाद आग पर काबू पाया जा सका है।मामले की जांच के लिए फॉरेंसिक टीम को बुलाया गया है। जूता फैक्ट्री में लगी आग ने ली विकराल रूपघटना कानपुर के चमनगंज थाना क्षेत्र के गांधी नगर इलाके की है, जहां एक बहुमंजिला इमारत के ग्राउंड फ्लोर पर जूते की फैक्ट्री थी और ऊपर कीमंजिलों पर लोग रहते थे। रात के समय अचानक हुए शॉर्ट सर्किट के कारण फैक्ट्री में आग लग गई, जो कुछ ही मिनटों में पूरी इमारत में फैल गई। स्थानीय लोगों ने दी सूचना, मौके पर पहुंची फायर ब्रिगेडआग लगने के तुरंत बाद आसपास के लोगों ने पुलिस और फायर ब्रिगेड को सूचना दी। सूचना मिलते ही दमकल की लगभग 12 गाड़ियाँ और पुलिसबल मौके पर पहुंचे। आग इतनी भीषण थी कि उस पर काबू पाने में करीब 8 घंटे लग गए। तब तक इमारत में मौजूद पांच लोगों की जान जा चुकीथी। फैमिली के सभी सदस्य आग में झुलसे, कोई नहीं बच सकादमकल विभाग ने बताया कि मृतकों की पहचान दानिश, उनकी पत्नी नाजनीन और उनकी तीन बेटियों के रूप में हुई है। रात करीब 3 बजे सभी केजले हुए शव मलबे से बरामद किए गए। बताया गया कि इमारत के निचले हिस्से में दानिश का जूता कारखाना और गोदाम था, जबकि ऊपर उनकापरिवार रहता था। घटनास्थल पर पहुंची SDRF, जांच जारीआग इतनी तेज थी कि इमारत का अधिकांश हिस्सा जलकर खाक हो गया। एसडीआरएफ की टीम भी रेस्क्यू अभियान में जुटी रही। फिलहाल पुलिसऔर फॉरेंसिक टीमें पूरे मामले की जांच कर रही हैं। हादसे के बाद इलाके में शोक की लहर है।
