AAP Files Police Complaint Against BJP-Ruled MCD for Illegal Dumping of Bhalswa Landfill Waste in Residential Areas
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has filed a written complaint at Kamla Market police station against the BJP-ruled Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), pointing to its activities of illegally dumping waste from the Bhalswa garbage mountain into residential plots. Led by AAP MCD co-incharge Praveen Kumar, co-incharge Preeti Dogra, and Councillor Rakesh Kumar, the AAP demanded an immediate halt to this unlawful activity.Praveen Kumar said the BJP’s claims of reducing the landfill are false, as the waste is merely being shifted into inhabited areas, causing severe pollution and endangering public health. The party has demanded that MCD dispose of the landfill waste strictly as per its by-laws. Citing a newspaper report published on 3 November titled “Garbage mountain to end by 2026 – Pravesh Wahi, Leader of the House”, Praveen Kumar said, “Even MCD officials have admitted that soil and waste from the Bhalswa landfill are being used merely for filling plots.” He added, “Therefore, dumping landfill waste or construction debris in any area is clearly illegal and a violation of municipal and environmental laws.” AAP demands action from the SHOIllegal dumping in residential plots should be stopped immediately. Strict legal action should be taken against those involved, including vehicles, under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and environmental laws. Coordinate with MCD to remove the dumped waste and restore cleanliness.

1 दिसंबर से 19 दिसंबर तक चलेगा संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र, राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने दी मंजूरी, किरेन रिजिजू ने एक्स पर दी जानकारी
केंद्रीय संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर जानकारी दी कि राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने संसद के शीतकालीन सत्रबुलाने के सरकार के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। यह सत्र 1 दिसंबर 2025 से शुरू होकर 19 दिसंबर 2025 तक चलेगा। किरेन रिजिजू ने ट्वीट मेंलिखा “भारत की राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू जी ने 1 दिसंबर 2025 से 19 दिसंबर 2025 तक संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र बुलाने के सरकार के प्रस्ताव कोमंजूरी दे दी है (संसदीय कार्य की अनिवार्यताओं के अधीन)। एक रचनात्मक और सार्थक सत्र की आशा है जो हमारे लोकतंत्र को मजबूत करेगा औरलोगों की आकांक्षाओं को पूरा करेगा।” अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया थाइससे पहले संसद का मानसून सत्र 21 अगस्त को अनिश्चितकाल के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया था। मानसून सत्र में एसआईआर पर विपक्ष के हंगामेके कारण संसद के 166 घंटे बर्बाद हो गए थे। इससे जनता के टैक्स के करीब 248 करोड़ रुपये डूब गए। विशेष चर्चा के बाद ऑपरेशन सिंदूर मामलेमें टकराव टला, मगर एसआईआर को लेकर सियासी संग्राम अंतिम दिन तक जारी रहा। हंगामे के कारण लोकसभा के 84.5 घंटे, जबकि उच्च सदनराज्यसभा के 81.12 घंटे बर्बाद हो गए। राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही 38.88 घंटे ही चल सकी। संसदीय कार्यमंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने जानकारी दी कि एकसे 19 दिसंबर तक संसद का शीतकालीन सत्र चलेगा। इसके लिए राष्ट्रपति मुर्मू ने मंजूरी दे दी है।
कांग्रेस नेता विजय वडेट्टीवार का आरोप, मंत्री प्रताप सरनाईक ने 200 करोड़ की जमीन सिर्फ 3 करोड़ में खरीदी “सरनाईक ने कहा आरोप बेबुनियाद”
महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति में एक और जमीन सौदे को लेकर विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। कांग्रेस नेता विजय वडेट्टीवार ने शनिवार को राज्य के परिवहन मंत्रीप्रताप सरनाईक पर गंभीर आरोप लगाया है। उनका दावा है कि सरनाईक ने मीरा भायंदर में करीब 200 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की 4 एकड़ जमीन मात्र 3 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदी है, ताकि वहां अपना शैक्षणिक संस्थान शुरू कर सकें। वडेट्टीवार ने पत्रकारों से कहा क्या कोई मंत्री अपने निजी शैक्षणिकसंस्थान के लिए इतनी कीमती सरकारी जमीन खरीद सकता है? अगर ये सब कुछ नियमों के मुताबिक है, तो फिर यही है ‘नया महाराष्ट्र’। अब तो हमेंआंख मूंद लेनी चाहिए। आरोपों को सिरे से नकार दियाहालांकि, मंत्री प्रताप सरनाईक ने इन आरोपों को सिरे से नकार दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष इस तरह के दावे बार-बार करता रहता है, लेकिन कभीसबूत पेश नहीं करता। सरनाईक ने कहा वडेट्टीवार वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता हैं। अगर उनके पास कोई दस्तावेज हैं तो सामने लाएं। मैं खुद जानना चाहता हूंकि वह कौन-सी जमीन है और मेरा उससे क्या लेना-देना है। मंत्री होने के नाते हम पर आरोप लगते रहते हैं, लेकिन ये सब बेबुनियाद हैं। इस विवाद परप्रतिक्रिया देते हुए राजस्व मंत्री चंद्रशेखर बावनकुले ने कहा कि अभी तक इस मामले में कोई औपचारिक शिकायत नहीं मिली है। उन्होंने कहा कई बारलोग मीडिया के जरिए आरोप लगाते हैं, लेकिन कोई लिखित शिकायत नहीं देते। अगर शिकायत आती है, तो सरकार जांच जरूर करवाएगी। जैसाकि पुणे की जमीन डील के मामले में किया गया। उपमुख्यमंत्री अजीत पवार के बेटे पार्थ पवार से जुड़ीगौरतलब है कि यह आरोप ऐसे समय में आया है जब उपमुख्यमंत्री अजीत पवार के बेटे पार्थ पवार से जुड़ी पुणे की 40 एकड़ सरकारी जमीन की डीलपहले से ही विवादों में है। इस सौदे में अनियमितताओं के आरोप उठे हैं, जिसके चलते सरकार ने एक सब-रजिस्ट्रार को निलंबित किया है और उच्चस्तरीय जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। साथ ही, लेन-देन से जुड़े तीन लोगों पर एफआईआर भी दर्ज की गई है। कांग्रेस नेता विजय वडेट्टीवार ने महाराष्ट्र केमंत्री प्रताप सरनाईक पर 200 करोड़ की जमीन मात्र 3 करोड़ में खरीदने का आरोप लगाया। सर्नाइक ने आरोपों को सिरे से नकारते हुए सबूत मांगें।

अफगानिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के बीच जारी तीसरे दौर की शांति वार्ता बिना किसी ठोस समझौते के समाप्त हो गई। दोनों देशों के बीच सीमा पारआतंकवाद पर कार्रवाई को लेकर मतभेद कायम रहे। पाकिस्तान की ओर से रक्षा मंत्री ख्वाजा आसिफ ने बताया कि वार्ता में कोई लिखित समझौतानहीं हो सका और अब चौथे दौर की कोई योजना भी नहीं है। दिन तक चली ये वार्ता बृहस्पतिवार को शुरू हुई थी। पाकिस्तान ने अफगान तालिबान सेयह मांग की थी कि वे तहरीक-ए-तालिबान पाकिस्तान (TTP) के उन आतंकियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई करें जो अफगान धरती से पाकिस्तान पर हमलेकर रहे हैं। पाकिस्तान के रक्षा मंत्री ख्वाजा आसिफ ने एक निजी टीवी चैनल से बातचीत में कहा वार्ता पूरी तरह गतिरोध में है। अफगान पक्ष सिर्फमौखिक भरोसा देना चाहता था, लेकिन अंतरराष्ट्रीय वार्ताओं में मौखिक आश्वासन स्वीकार नहीं किए जा सकते। उन्होंने तुर्किये और कतर के ईमानदारप्रयासों के लिए धन्यवाद दिया, जो दोनों देशों के बीच तनाव कम करने के लिए मध्यस्थता कर रहे थे। आसिफ ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान का रुख स्पष्ट हैहमारी केवल एक मांग है कि अफगानिस्तान यह सुनिश्चित करे कि उसकी जमीन का इस्तेमाल पाकिस्तान के खिलाफ आतंकवादी गतिविधियों में नहो। आसिफ ने यह भी कहा कि अगर अफगान धरती से कोई हमला होता है, तो पाकिस्तान जवाब देगा। अंतरराष्ट्रीय और द्विपक्षीय वादों को पूरा करेंपाकिस्तान के सूचना मंत्री अत्ताउल्ला तारार ने शनिवार सुबह एक्स (पूर्व ट्विटर) पर लिखा अब जिम्मेदारी अफगान तालिबान की है कि वे आतंकवादपर नियंत्रण को लेकर अपने अंतरराष्ट्रीय और द्विपक्षीय वादों को पूरा करें, जिनमें वे अब तक असफल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान का अफगानजनता से कोई वैर नहीं है, लेकिन वह किसी भी ऐसी नीति का समर्थन नहीं करेगा जो अफगान लोगों या पड़ोसी देशों के हितों के खिलाफ हो।अफगानिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के बीच पहली वार्ता 29 अक्टूबर को दोहा (कतर) में हुई थी, जबकि दूसरी बैठक 25 अक्टूबर को इस्तांबुल (तुर्किये) में आयोजित हुई। दोनों ही वार्ताएं किसी ठोस नतीजे पर नहीं पहुंचीं। अब तीसरा दौर भी बेनतीजा रहा है। इससे पहले 11 से 15 अक्तूबर के बीचदोनों देशों की सीमा पर सशस्त्र झड़पें हुई थीं, जिनमें दोनों ओर जनहानि हुई थी।
