एयर इंडिया सैट्स (AISATS) ने गुरुग्राम में हुई एक पार्टी के वीडियो के वायरल होने के बाद चार वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को बर्खास्त कर दिया है। यहवीडियो उस समय सामने आया जब देश एयर इंडिया फ्लाइट AI171 की दुखद दुर्घटना से उबरने की कोशिश कर रहा था। 12 जून 2025 को हुएइस हादसे में 259 लोगों की जान चली गई थी, जिससे देशभर में शोक का माहौल था। वीडियो में अधिकारी डांस करते हुए दिखे, लोगों में गुस्साइस वायरल वीडियो में AISATS के चीफ ऑपरेटिंग ऑफिसर अब्राहम जकारिया सहित कई कर्मचारी तेज संगीत पर नाचते नजर आ रहे हैं। वीडियोसामने आने के बाद लोगों ने इसे बेहद असंवेदनशील करार दिया। जब देश एक बड़े हवाई हादसे के गम में डूबा था, तब इस तरह का उत्सव मनायाजाना जनता को बेहद आपत्तिजनक लगा। AI171 फ्लाइट, जो बोइंग 787-8 ड्रीमलाइनर थी, लंदन जा रही थी। उड़ान भरने के कुछ ही मिनटों बाद वह अहमदाबाद के बीजे मेडिकल कॉलेजके पास एक हॉस्टल से टकरा गई। विमान में कुल 260 लोग सवार थे, जिनमें से केवल एक ही व्यक्ति जीवित बच पाया। पीड़ित परिवार कर रहे थे इंतजार, उसी समय सामने आया वीडियोजब पीड़ित परिवार अपने प्रियजनों के पार्थिव शरीर का इंतजार कर रहे थे, उसी समय यह वीडियो वायरल हुआ। सोशल मीडिया पर भारी प्रतिक्रियादेखने को मिली। लोगों ने AISATS की निंदा करते हुए कहा कि कंपनी में न तो संवेदना है और न ही स्थिति की गंभीरता को समझने की समझ। AISATS ने जताया खेद, जारी किया बयानकंपनी ने इस मामले पर एक आधिकारिक बयान जारी करते हुए दुख जताया और कहा, “AISATS, AI171 की दुखद दुर्घटना से प्रभावित परिवारोंके साथ पूरी संवेदनशीलता से खड़ी है। हमें खेद है कि हमारे कुछ कर्मचारियों ने ऐसा व्यवहार किया, जो हमारी संस्था के मूल्यों के खिलाफ है। हमनेसंबंधित लोगों के खिलाफ सख्त अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की है। पार्टी की तारीख नहीं बताई गई, लेकिन कार्रवाई की पुष्टिAISATS ने यह स्पष्ट नहीं किया कि पार्टी कब आयोजित की गई थी, लेकिन सूत्रों के अनुसार, पार्टी की योजना बनाने और उसमें शामिल होने वालेचार वरिष्ठ कर्मचारियों को नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया है। कंपनी ने कहा कि उसने आंतरिक नियमों का पालन करते हुए उचित कदम उठाए हैं। कंपनी की छवि को झटका, लोगों में नाराजगी इस पूरी घटना के चलते AISATS की साख को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है। हादसे के ठीक बाद इस तरह का गैरजिम्मेदाराना रवैया न केवलअसंवेदनशीलता दर्शाता है, बल्कि यह भी सवाल खड़ा करता है कि क्या कंपनी में संकट की घड़ी में व्यवहार करने की कोई आचार संहिता है।

He said the BJP’s consistent stance has been to suppress the backward, Dalit, and marginalized communities. Despite two clear observations from the Supreme Court, the government is still avoiding implementation, he added. The Congress outlined four key demands: immediate enforcement of 27% OBC reservation, prompt recruitment of pending candidates, disbursement of back wages to eligible individuals, and a public apology from Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Minister Mohan Yadav to the people of the state. Congress leaders further alleged that the BJP’s continued delay reveals its insensitivity and lack of commitment toward the OBC community.
