In his first reaction after the agreement to reduce tensions between India and Pakistan, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated that he believes that the broader issues between the two countries, including Kashmir, water distribution, and other contentious matters, should also be addressed. नई दिल्ली: राज्यसभा में कांग्रेस के उप नेता और सांसद श्री प्रमोद तिवारी ने मातृ दिवस के अवसर पर स्वर्गीय इंदिरा गांधी की 1971 की निर्णायकभूमिका को स्मरण करते हुए मौजूदा केंद्र सरकार से कई गंभीर सवाल पूछे हैं। उन्होंने बांग्लादेश के निर्माण में इंदिरा गांधी के नेतृत्व को याद करते हुएकहा कि जब अमेरिका ने सातवां बेड़ा बंगाल की खाड़ी में उतारा, तब भी भारत की प्रधानमंत्री झुकी नहीं और भारतीय सेना तब तक आगे बढ़ती रहीजब तक 93,000 पाकिस्तानी सैनिकों ने आत्मसमर्पण नहीं कर दिया। ‘संघर्षविराम की घोषणा दिल्ली से होनी चाहिए थी’प्रमोद तिवारी ने हाल ही में पहलगाम में 26 निर्दोष नागरिकों की हत्या पर दुख व्यक्त किया और सवाल उठाया कि जब देश शोक में था और सेनानिर्णायक कार्रवाई कर रही थी, तब अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने संघर्षविराम की घोषणा कर दी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह सूचना थी या आदेश, यहस्पष्ट होना चाहिए, लेकिन देश को अपेक्षा थी कि संघर्षविराम की जानकारी सबसे पहले नई दिल्ली से आती। संसद का विशेष सत्र और सर्वदलीय बैठक की मांगश्री तिवारी ने केंद्र सरकार से मांग की कि प्रधानमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में तत्काल एक सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई जाए और संसद का विशेष सत्र आयोजितकिया जाए, जिससे वाशिंगटन डीसी में हुई घोषणा, भारत-पाकिस्तान द्वारा घोषित संघर्षविराम और पहलगाम ऑपरेशन ‘सिन्दूर’ पर खुलकर चर्चा होसके।क्या तीसरी पार्टी को मंजूरी दी गई है?उन्होंने अमेरिका के विदेश मंत्री मार्को रुबियो द्वारा भारत-पाकिस्तान संवाद के लिए ‘तटस्थ मंच’ की बात पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि क्या अब भारतने शिमला समझौते को पीछे छोड़ दिया है और क्या तीसरे पक्ष की मध्यस्थता स्वीकार कर ली गई है? कांग्रेस का स्पष्ट मत है कि पाकिस्तान के कब्जेवाला कश्मीर (POK) भारत का अभिन्न अंग है। सरकार की नीतियों पर जवाबदेही की मांगश्री तिवारी ने केंद्र सरकार से यह स्पष्ट करने की मांग की कि क्या भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच राजनयिक वार्ता दोबारा शुरू हो रही है, और यदि हां, तो पाकिस्तान से क्या गारंटियां ली गई हैं और हमें क्या प्राप्त हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूर्व सैन्य प्रमुखों द्वारा हाल की परिस्थितियों पर की गईटिप्पणियों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए प्रधानमंत्री को स्वयं जनता के सामने जवाब देना चाहिए।
गांधी मैदान से कारगिल चौक तक गूंजे सेना के समर्थन में नारे, कांग्रेस नेताओं ने दिखाई एकजुटता

लखनऊ: भारतीय जनता पार्टी के प्रदेश महामंत्री (संगठन) श्री धर्मपाल सिंह ने कहा है कि भारत को आर्थिक और सामरिक दृष्टि से महाशक्ति बनाने केलिए ‘एक देश, एक चुनाव’ प्रणाली को अपनाना अनिवार्य है। वे शनिवार को ग्रेटर नोएडा स्थित शारदा यूनिवर्सिटी में आयोजित युवा टाउन हॉलकार्यक्रम को संबोधित कर रहे थे, जिसका विषय ‘एक राष्ट्र, एक चुनाव’ था। कार्यक्रम से पूर्व श्री धर्मपाल सिंह ने पार्टी पदाधिकारियों, कार्यकर्ताओं व स्थानीय नागरिकों के साथ तिरंगा यात्रा निकाली। यह यात्रा भारतीय सेना केसम्मान व समर्थन में एकजुटता दर्शाने के उद्देश्य से आयोजित की गई थी। इस अवसर पर पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री महेश शर्मा, क्षेत्रीय अध्यक्ष सतेन्द्रशिसोदिया, विधायक मास्टर तेजपाल नागर, एमएलसी श्रीचंद शर्मा, विधायक धीरेन्द्र सिंह, एमएलसी नरेन्द्र भाटी और जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष अमितचौधरी मौजूद रहे। भारतीय सेना के सम्मान में तिरंगा यात्रा, रक्तदान की अपीलतिरंगा यात्रा के दौरान श्री धर्मपाल सिंह ने लोगों से रक्तदान की अपील करते हुए कहा कि भारतीय सेना का साहस और पराक्रम हर परिस्थिति में देशकी रक्षा में सक्षम है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरा देश सेना के साथ खड़ा है और उनके बलिदान को सलाम करता है। ‘एक राष्ट्र, एक चुनाव’ से विकास को मिलेगा बलयुवा टाउन हॉल में संवाद करते हुए श्री सिंह ने कहा कि ‘एक देश, एक चुनाव’ एक आवश्यक प्रशासनिक सुधार है। यदि लोकसभा और विधानसभाचुनाव एक साथ तथा नगरीय निकाय और पंचायत चुनाव भी एक साथ कराए जाएं तो इससे देश के संसाधन व मानवशक्ति की बचत होगी, जो राष्ट्रनिर्माण में उपयोगी सिद्ध होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि वर्ष 2024 में हुए लोकसभा चुनावों पर लगभग 1.24 लाख करोड़ रुपये का खर्च आया, जबकिबार-बार लगने वाली आचार संहिता से विकास कार्य बाधित होते हैं। राजनीतिक स्थिरता और आर्थिक बचत का माध्यमश्री सिंह ने जोर दिया कि एकसाथ चुनाव से राजनीतिक स्थिरता आएगी और देश के करोड़ों रुपये बचाए जा सकेंगे, जो जनता के हित में उपयोग होसकते हैं। इससे नागरिक आत्मनिर्भर बनेंगे और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का ‘विकसित भारत’ का संकल्प साकार होगा। पूर्व राष्ट्रपति की अध्यक्षता में बनी स्टैंडिंग कमेटीउन्होंने बताया कि ‘वन नेशन, वन इलेक्शन’ के लिए एक स्टैंडिंग कमेटी का गठन किया गया है, जिसकी अध्यक्षता भारत के पूर्व राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथकोविन्द कर रहे हैं। यह विषय अब आमजन के बीच जाकर जनमत तैयार कर रहा है। विपक्षी दलों से समर्थन की अपीलधर्मपाल सिंह ने कहा कि जब 1967 तक देश में एकसाथ चुनाव हो सकते थे, तो आज कांग्रेस और समाजवादी पार्टी जैसे दलों का विरोध समझ सेपरे है। उन्होंने आह्वान किया कि गांव, शहर, गली, मोहल्ले और चाय की दुकानों तक इस विषय पर चर्चा होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने युवाओं, महिलाओं, किसानों, मजदूरों, वकीलों, चिकित्सकों, व्यापारियों सहित सभी वर्गों से ‘एक देश, एक चुनाव’ अभियान से जुड़ने की अपील की। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कियाकि यह एजेंडा केवल भाजपा का नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश का है।
